  I had a great experience with dress shopping. The girl did clip us in dresses. We had the store to ourselves. And so many choices! I highly recommend the place, it has a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses!

  I was very excited to go looking for bridesmaid dresses with my bridal party. When entering the shop we were the only group that had an appointment and I was super exited to have the run of the store. However, this appointment quickly went from great to blah. I have waited so long to share these moments with the girls that are like my sisters I was embarrassed I took them to a store that treated us so awful. The lady who greeted us was very unfriendly and did not seem excited we had come to the store. She told us to go ahead and look and start pulling. She disappeared for a very long time. I was left to pick the dresses myself which was not so bad however, when the girls tried on the dresses I had to clip the dresses myself. When she finally did come back and saw me clipping she did not care to help or say oh let me do that. I even a few times asked her for help and she just kept making phone calls. The woman was gone most of my appointment. She was either sitting doing nothing, or talking on the phone to friends or calling people for what seemed to be appointments the rest of week. She was totally not present for the appointment. When I needed to ask her questions like what color the dresses came in or prices she made me feel like I was a bother. The girls that I went with also felt like they were bothering her like we were interrupting her. She was the only one working or I would of asked to work with someone else. It was such a disappointment to be excited to go looking for dresses with your best friends and have the worst experience and customer services. If you are a bride looking for bridesmaid dresses I would not waste time looking here unless you like getting horrible customer service, clipping your girls in the dress yourself, and actually acting like you are the employee not the bride. The brands they have can be found at other store so trust me don't waste your time coming to this shop.

  I ordered my bridesmaids dresses this past spring for my wedding in September. Catherine is so helpful, professional and accommodating to literally anything I needed. We ordered 10 (!) TwoBirds dresses in Rosewater and also two bandeaus and she was even able to get the price down for us, which was greatly appreciated by the girls. I would go back to her for any other occasion int he future, and HIGHLY recommend her for bridesmaids needs in the Metro Detroit area.
