When I approached Jay, I was given numerous excuses why they were left out and treated much differently than when I originally brought in the jewelery. He attempted to STEAL 4 diamonds from me! I would never have expected this from this establishment!!!!!! I will NEVER again frequent this store nor recommend this jeweler!!!
